Drawing from years in Buddhist monasteries, Circling practice, and intensive study, I offer one-on-one sessions for people ready to meet life with greater resilience, joy, and integrity.
I’m here to help you:
- Develop a deep trust in life and hone the ability to turn every aspect of it — no matter how challenging — into fuel for your own development and self-understanding.
- Curate a meditation curriculum based on your goals, with regular check-ins and guided meditations to keep momentum.
- Remedy your inner-critic and tell more honest and compassionate stories about yourself and others.
- Re-integrate parts of you tucked away out of fear, shame, or insecurity, mediate between the parts of you at odds with each other, and evermore deeply realize internal harmony.
- Maintain a regulated nervous system, stay physically fit, cultivate the mind via the breath, and develop a deeper relationship with your body, intuition, and emotions.
- Wisely tend to each of your relationships, give and receive feedback skillfully, reclaim disowned anger and wield it cleanly, resolve obstacles to trust and intimacy, and foster healthier communication generally.
- Recognize the many forms of manipulation, navigate out of relationships where it is strongly present, clear out the unhealthy psychological residue picked up therein, find forgiveness, forgo victimhood, and move onward with renewed self-trust and sovereignty.
- Have fun, let loose, and give full expression to your creativity and quirky eccentricities — all while staying grounded and showing up responsibly for the rest of life.
For the last six years, I’ve devoted myself full-time to spiritual, therapeutic, and relational training.
Four of those years were spent living in Buddhist monasteries — including a year and a half in silent retreat — under the ongoing guidance of skilled teachers.
Another central practice has been Circling, which cultivates trust and intimacy in relationships, helps one navigate charged moments with steadiness, and invites a way of relating that is more truthful, courageous, and natural.
I’ve received more than I can ever recount from teachers, monasteries, friends, foundations, and a loving and loyal family along this journey. This coaching practice is one way of paying that forward: giving everything I’ve learned to anyone who feels they might benefit.
Regularly scheduled sessions for sustained progress on your path — ideally 2–4 sessions per month, but could be more, or less.
Ad-hoc single sessions for acute emotional difficulty, counsel on a critical decision, or simply dropping into presence and seeing what emerges.
By donation does not mean ‘free’ or ‘take without giving.’
It means generosity: my gifts are freely given, and you are invited to offer what you can given your means, the benefit you receive, and your own relationship to generosity.
This is on the honor system — no proof-of-income required.
Whatever you offer enables me to live a simple life and freely coach others, write with more regularity, support altruistic projects, show up for my troubled country, and dance on the weekend with friends. I choose this model because I want my support to be accessible, and your giving to feel voluntary and meaningful.
If the donation model is uncomfortable or unclear, I’m happy to assist you in finding a number that feels good and true.
Feel free to explore the sliding scale below for a sense of what’s typical across different financial circumstances. This is meant to serve as a helpful reference, not a firm prescription.
